Your Host/Guide/Place

- Paul Fouyer
-
He is from Paris and has lived in Japan for 4 years and is now a local in Osaka. Fluent in Japanese, English, and of course French! Because of his charm, he easily gets acquainted with a lot of local people and makes great connections. He is obsessed with food experimentation since he worked at some restaurants in Japan before, and he loves cooking and baking. The experience of immersing himself in learning how to make sake at a brewery in Japan when he was a student deepened his passion for Japanese gastronomy. This tour was born out of his personality and those unique experiences.
