Explore the cornerstone of cooking – the kitchen knife. Learn proper use and maintenance from a specialist and ask for a personalised engraving on your own knife. Then after a little break on your own, head for Izuyasu. Listen to the chef’s story as you savour each dish and gain a deeper understanding and appreciation for Japanese cuisine.
